How do I join Fortmens Rewards?
To join, simply open the dashboard, by selecting the “Fortmens Rewards” button and create your free Fortmens account. Once you’re all set up, you’ll be sent back to the Fortmens homepage screen. From there - just open up the Fortmens Rewards dashboard again and you’re in.
Important note: You will be emailed a confirmation to make sure you verify your account - plus you’ll get Reward points just for signing up too.
How do I access the Fortmens Rewards dashboard?
It's easy! You’ll notice a navy blue 'Rewards' button on the bottom left corner of the screen, or if you’re on mobile click here: Fortmens Rewards. It's also accessible via the footer links on the website (at the bottom of the page).
This is your Fortmens Rewards control center. Here you can find out how many rewards points you have now, how to earn more and how you can redeem them.
Also, you'll find a personalised referral link, where you can refer friends to Fortmens and you both get money off vouchers.
How do I earn Fortmens Rewards?
There are a number of ways you can earn rewards with Fortmens:
- Get points just for becoming a member (signing up)
- Follow us on Instagram
- Follow us on Facebook
- Plus you earn 4 Rewards Points for every $1 you spend
So, what do you get?
- 250 Reward Points when you create an account at Fortmens
- 4 Reward points for every $1 spent on purchases from Fortmens.com
- 25 Reward Points each time you provide a product review after receiving a review request email
- 50 Reward Points when you Like our Facebook page
- 50 Reward Points when you Follow us on Instagram
There are just a few things that don't qualify for Fortmens Reward Points:
- Delivery charges
- The value of any discount codes or rewards used on an order (but the remaining order value qualifies)

You can refer a friend
Simply go to your dashboard and select Refer a Friend! Share the link with them and when they make their first purchase you both get a $10 voucher to use on Fortmens.com.
How do I spend my Rewards?
Once you have enough points you can redeem them for a money-off voucher to use on your next purchase. Simply jump into the Rewards dashboard and you’ll see how to redeem your rewards and you’ll be able to apply your coupon at checkout.
Please note: If your total points look incorrect, it may just be the points are actually in your checkout already (you’ll see them as a coupon code).
But don’t worry - you can simply remove the points (coupon code) from the checkout and your points will jump back to your dashboard total to use later. If you are having issues or are confused about them, just give us a message via the chat icon (bottom right) or send us an email.
How long are Reward Points valid?
Your rewards don’t have an expiration date. Keep collecting!
I don't see my Reward Points. What happened?
This is usually because you’re not logged in to your account, or maybe you’re on another device, like your iPad or Phone when you signed up on your laptop. It’s no big deal - just log in to your account on any device and your points will be waiting for you. But as with all issues you may have on Fortmens, if you get stuck, just ask us - we’re here to help. You can contact us via the blue chat icon on the bottom right, by filling out our contact form or by emailing hello@fortmens.com and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
Important notes: You need to spend at least $50 in order to redeem your Fortmens Rewards points and for Free shipping, this is covered up to a max shipping value of $25.
Points for following and liking us on social media can only be gained once per Fortmens account. Points cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value. Fortmens reserves the right to withdraw the Fortmens reward scheme, alter the values of Fortmens Rewards points or type of rewards and change the number of points given per action at any time. Fortmens reserve the right to suspend or remove points where it detects any abuse of the scheme. Fortmens Rewards Points are redeemable by NZ residents only. Fortmens Rewards Points can only be redeemed against full price product purchases and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, deal or promotion.
